Antimicrobial Eczema Therapy

Skinsmart has several different types of their spray based on the indications - but the secret is - it is all the same product. Hypochlorus acid is very diluted bleach. It helps with inflammation and can help keep your skin clean and rid of bacteria. We first started to use it when my dad's wound care doctor suggested we get it to spray on my dad's leg and foot to keep the bacteria away and help with any itching. It helps with eczema because it kills bacteria, but also helps with itching and inflammation. We use it on Rebecca everyday to help prevent eczema flare ups and to help soothe current ones.
